Our take on Denshattack!
This action-adventure replaces the usual on-foot movement of the genre with tricks, racing, and score chasing on a gravity-defying train. Its journey through Japan also combines regional challenges with rival gangs and increasingly surreal bosses.
What is Denshattack!?
Ride a custom gravity-defying train through Japanese cities, countryside, snowfields, volcanoes, oceans, and other regions.
Gameplay combines ollies, kickflips, grinds, flips, and landing-based scoring with a quest to race the fastest train in existence. Players face rival gangs, reimagined Japanese trains, and Miraidō corporation while gaining respect from an underground network of gangs and rebels. Rivals can become allies as skills improve from beginner to seasoned pro. The journey crosses Kyushu, Osaka, Tokyo, Hokkaido, and areas beyond, with each region introducing fresh challenges and rules to break. Boss encounters include mecha magical girls, moving castles, mechanical worms, and a Denshattacker army. The train is customisable, and high scores remain part of the progression.
