Our take on Bite the Bullet
Eating is the defining structure: enemies, bullets, and other objects become sources for character growth, weapon creation, and abilities. Diet choices then shape the branching skill tree and the character's changing body type.
What is Bite the Bullet?
Bite the Bullet is a run-and-gun roguelite RPG shooter where enemies, bullets, walls, and other objects can be eaten.
Consumption affects character growth, weapon crafting, abilities, body type, and a branching skill tree based on diet. Four classes—Carnivore, Herbivore, Omnivore, and Robovore—have distinct abilities and perks. Players fight zombies, robots, and giant mutant bosses across 50 levels, collect weapons with modifiers, craft weapons from special enemy types, and burn calories to power skills and special attacks. A shield protects against incoming fire or knocks enemies away, while the Zombro form lets the character smash enemies. The game includes sidequests, rewards for completing worlds, solo play, and local co-op with a friend.
