What is Bibots?
Bibots is a top-down shooter roguelike set in the futuristic world of Takaful.
Players guide Tayar through procedurally generated regions containing handcrafted combat rooms, treasures, merchants, secrets, and monsters. Tayar can switch with a chosen Bibot, an ancient mechanical creature with distinct abilities and a separate playstyle. Weapons can be modified with chips found during exploration or obtained by encountering merchants, while experience unlocks permanent abilities across survivalist, soldier, and scientist paths. Combat builds energy for Bibot summons, and repeated use increases synergy with Tayar, opening attack variants. Each run records its time, rewards fast room clearing, and can pause the timer during Bibot summons. Death leads to another attempt.
