Our take on Wisper
The focus on observation, travel, and creature research leaves less room for systems centered on combat, character builds, or tightly paced encounters. The traversal tools add movement options, but the journey remains centered on following the Legendary Wisp and recording discoveries.
What is Wisper?
Wisper is a 3D open-world adventure about an aspiring Wisper investigating a Legendary Wisp.
Explore varied biomes, meet unique people, study magical creatures, and respond to corruption affecting environments and villages. Each wisp has distinct appearances and powers that can affect its surroundings. Exploration tools include a pickaxe for wall jumps, a hook for reaching higher places through trees, and a skate for tricks and faster travel across the map. A notebook records discovered wisps, interactions, visual details, and behavioral information during the journey. The adventure follows the appearance of a Legendary Wisp as it corrupts its environment and nearby villages.
