Our take on Berserk Mode
The time-attack structure keeps runs focused on combat and quick decisions, but leaves less room for a slower campaign pace. Permanent death also means a run can end before its later zones, while progression unlocks options for subsequent attempts.
What is Berserk Mode?
Berserk Mode is a first-person fantasy shooter built around short, time-attack runs and permanent death.
Fight through 6 dungeon zones and reach each zone’s ending crystal while health drains over time. Defeating monsters restores health and fills a meter that enables a temporary beast transformation. Between zones, spend gold on weapons and perks, or accept curses that add random debuffs in return for gold. Runs take around 30 minutes. Completing a run grants experience and levels that unlock starting load-out options; further unlocks include artifacts, beast forms, and classes. The game includes 20+ weapons, 3 playable classes, randomized zone layouts, and 5 unlockable difficulty settings.
How Berserk Mode plays

- 03Run progression

- 04Six dungeon zones
