Our take on Aeon Command
The faction variety, campaign progression, and skirmish options receive the main emphasis, but the multiplayer component is no longer available. The remaining game is limited to its 24-mission solo campaign and offline skirmish modes.
What is Aeon Command?
Aeon Command is a tug-of-war strategy game built around controlling a mothership, collecting resources, producing ships, and attacking an opposing mothership.
Three factions—Alliance, Cyborgs, and Exile—offer different ships and abilities. The single-player campaign contains 24 missions, with eight missions dedicated to each faction. Progression unlocks upgrades and abilities through a persistent fleet improvement system. Skirmish play includes Classic, Close Quarters, and Resources modes, with three difficulty levels. Multiplayer servers have been permanently taken offline because of technical issues, while the campaign and skirmish modes remain available.
