Zombie Scream is a horror game created through a collaboration between the Tsugunohi series and Japanese video creator Odaken.
The player controls a Let's Play creator whose ordinary life takes an unsettling turn inside a strange new world. Movement uses only the left arrow key, carrying the character sideways through each setting. A complete playthrough takes about half an hour. The Steam release adds a costume system with several clothing choices and includes a new ending, giving the game two possible endings. The story follows Odaken, a game-video creator living in an apartment outside town, as he tries to find a way back to his former peaceful life.
