What is Ys IX: Monstrum Nox?
After being imprisoned in Balduq, adventurer Adol is transformed into a Monstrum with supernatural Gifts.
He joins five other Monstrum to protect the city from creatures emerging from the Grimwald Nox and investigate the curse and unrest within Balduq. Explore the city, take on quests for its residents, and enter the Grimwald Nox to battle its threats. Play as any of the six Monstrum, whose Gifts include climbing sheer walls and detecting hidden objects. Combat uses Flash Dodge and Flash Guard, with Boost Mode as an additional fighting mechanic.
