Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players who want consistently low difficulty may hit a wall at Muspelheim, the timed dungeon with diabolical difficulty.
- Players who prefer a short, narrowly focused campaign may not suit an adventure that adds an island storyline, new mechanics, and a dungeon.
- Players looking for a game unrelated to the Ys setting may not want a journey centered on Adol and Karja.
Our take on Ys X: Proud Nordics
The clearest bounce point is Muspelheim, where the timed format meets a difficulty level described as diabolical. Players comfortable with the main adventure but unwilling to tackle that kind of challenge may stop when this dungeon becomes available.
What is Ys X: Proud Nordics?
