Our take on Where Time Stood Still
Rather than presenting survival as a solitary struggle, the game makes the group itself the central mechanic. Character-specific needs and dependencies replace a standard single-protagonist structure, while the crash scenario is displaced into a prehistoric world containing dinosaurs and cavemen.
What is Where Time Stood Still?
After a plane crash in a remote Tibetan mountain plateau, four companions encounter dinosaurs, cavemen, sea monsters, dangerous ledges, and failing bridges in a world isolated from modern life.
Survival requires collecting objects such as weapons and first aid kits while managing the different behaviors of each character. One companion becomes hungry quickly, while another performs effectively only while his fiancée remains alive. The overall objective is to save all four characters, but the journey can continue as long as at least one survives. The setting combines a crash-survival scenario with prehistoric hazards and a group-management structure built around keeping distinct companions alive.
