Our take on WhatRogue:Exile Land
Players who enjoy card choices but not spatial tactics may bounce off when companions must be placed beside the hero or other companions. The same wall appears for anyone who prefers spontaneous turns, since each round requires planning positions, gear, spells, and deck interactions.
What is WhatRogue:Exile Land?
WhatRogue: Exile Land combines roguelike progression, card construction, and tactical turn-based battles.
Players select heroes and companions, then place companion cards beside the hero or other companions on a board. Each turn involves planning positions, equipment, spells, and combat choices against monsters and bosses. The game includes three adventure maps, with each next map unlocked by defeating the previous map’s final boss. Every map contains more than 10 monster types, rewards, and random events involving NPCs. Deckbuilding includes over 70 class cards, plus treasure cards that can be kept or sold for crystals and rarer relic cards that activate passively during battles.
How WhatRogue:Exile Land plays

- 03Random Map Events
- Maps include encounters with NPCs alongside rewards for defeating monsters.
- 04Class Card Deckbuilding

- 05Treasure And Relics
