Players explore two maps: a dense forest containing camps, houses, a village, and an underground labyrinth, plus an abandoned hospital. Clues and mysteries guide the search for cursed relics while puzzles shape progression. A monster can appear unpredictably, turning exploration into evasive survival. Relics carry dangerous effects that players must endure during the investigation. Cooperative play centers on coordinating movement, puzzle solving, relic collection, and attempts to escape the pursuing creature. The game uses Unreal Engine 5 and presents dark environments with eerie sounds, realistic lighting, and unsettling events.
