What is DMD Mars Mission?
DMD Mars Mission is a VR first-person shooter set on Mars in 2081.
Insects arrived from Earth and mutated after adapting to a mineral used as an energy source. The creatures then invaded the FK16 mining facility, where all human workers were reported killed. Nilo Vásquez and assistant Isabel Black are sent by DMD to destroy the beings inside the facility. The game focuses on action-oriented gameplay and intense combat against large mutated creatures. It also presents the strained relationship between Nilo and Isabel, whose hostile personalities affect their dangerous mission. The visual presentation uses Unreal Engine 4, and the game includes features intended to reduce motion sickness during VR play.
