Our take on Tsukumogami
Captured enemies remain part of the puzzle structure: their abilities can be used not only in battles but also to solve problems encountered in the field.
What is Tsukumogami?
Set in medieval Japan, Tsukumogami follows Hanabusa after evil spirits kill her mother.
A fox serving a mountain god gives her a sword inherited from her mother, allowing her to perceive spirits’ true forms. When a spirit claiming to be her father breaks the weapon, Hanabusa seeks to repair it, uncover the truth, and destroy the spirits. Battles involve determining an enemy’s identity before attacking. Enemies can be captured, and their abilities can be used in combat and field puzzles.
The game includes over 40 unique characters and more than 100 monsters, with endings that vary according to player actions. English and Japanese voice audio are available. The original Japanese version, Tsukumogami, is added to the Steam Library as a separate item.
