Play it if you…
Good fit- Adventure players who want puzzles built around weapons

- Players seeking an action-puzzle game with six locations and explosive solutions
Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players who want a large, open-ended world may find six factory locations restrictive
- Players who prefer straightforward combat may hit a wall when weapon use must be applied to puzzles and obstacles
- Players seeking a quiet puzzle experience may bounce off the enemies, traps, and explosive hazards
Our take on Trash TV
The bounce point comes when weapons become puzzle tools rather than combat equipment alone. Players must determine how to use explosives on floor panels or apply rocket jumping to cross the screen, which can stop progress for anyone uninterested in trial-and-error experimentation.
What is Trash TV?
Trash TV is an adventure game set in a recycling factory, where an outdated television searches for its missing remote control.
Players move through six locations containing traps, obstacles, enemies, and malfunctioning machines. Eight weapons, including pistols, paired Uzis, shotguns, C4, and a rocket launcher, support both combat and puzzle solving. Challenges include triggering floor panels with explosives and using rocket jumping to propel the television across the screen. The game presents its setting with tube-television visuals, screen bars, tone effects, and static transitions. An ambient soundtrack accompanies the machine-graveyard atmosphere. Each location contains different puzzles and obstacles, with solutions requiring players to use the available weapons in varied ways.
