Part 1: The Cockup follows Hardboiled Chicken through a single-player campaign with cinematic platforming, light puzzles, jetpacks, voice acting, and an original soundtrack. Part 2: The Rescue sends players behind enemy lines to rescue and recruit hostages across procedurally generated missions. It supports one to four players in online, offline, and drop-in/drop-out cooperative play, along with a player-versus-player mini-game. The two campaigns can be played in either order and converge into the complete Evolution story. Across both parts, players fight penguins, space owls, and other enemies using varied weapons.
