Rather than using an exit or a simple survival condition as its level objective, the game makes finding a cake the requirement for completion. That unusual goal is placed within a familiar retro FPS structure of weapons, enemy groups, ammunition, and temporary defensive items.
What is Cadoom?
Cadoom is a retro-style first-person shooter with eight levels.
Each level is completed by finding its cake. Enemies include slow Crawlers, fast flying Insects, and large, dangerous Monsters. The player can use machine guns, shotguns, grenade launchers, laser weapons, and rocket launchers. Levels also contain ammunition, health, temporary shield, and damage-increase pickups. Steam achievements are included. Progression combines weapon-based combat with exploration and a cake-finding objective.
