Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players looking for direct, real-time control during combat may find the automated battle structure limiting.
- Those who prefer a fixed campaign may find the repeat-run and endless-mode structure less suitable.
- Players seeking a non-strategy adventure may find the team-building and decision-making focus too demanding.
Our take on The Last Flame
Combat runs automatically; the player’s direct decisions center on team builds, map routes, resource use, and positioning before battles.
What is The Last Flame?
The Last Flame is a roguelike auto-battler built around assembling hero teams and making strategic choices between automated combat encounters.
Recruit from 65 heroes, collect and craft gear, and combine items, relics, and origins to shape each run. Between fights, manage resources and select a route across the map; during combat, position heroes and plan the battle. Progress through 5 difficulty levels, take on 20 challenges, or enter endless mode and try to reach the highest floor. Runs focus on creating different team builds and adapting decisions to the encounters ahead.
