Our take on The Ghost Treasure
The store presentation spends substantial space on atmosphere, visuals, and sound, while the playable structure centers on one repeated duel format. The dramatic treasure framing therefore represents a narrow confrontation rather than a broad pirate adventure.
What is The Ghost Treasure?
Enter a ghost ship in the Caribbean and face its captain and crew in a Russian-roulette-style confrontation.
Each round gives the player a randomly selected smoothbore gun containing one enchanted bullet. The player and ghost pirates take turns firing at themselves. Hitting a ghost pirate with the special shot advances the encounter, while firing without it triggers an attack that drains soul power. When soul power reaches zero, the soul remains aboard the undead ship. The game presents the ship, rough Caribbean waters, pirates, waves, ghostly voices, and gunshots with 3D visuals and sound effects. Surviving the ghost captain brings the player closer to the treasure.
How The Ghost Treasure plays
- 01Randomized Firearm
- Each confrontation supplies a smoothbore gun with a single enchanted round.
- 02Turn-Based Duel
- The player and ghost pirates alternate self-directed shots during each round.
- 03Soul Power Stakes
- Unsuccessful shots can trigger attacks that reduce soul power until the encounter is lost.
- 04Caribbean Ghost Ship
- The setting combines a haunted vessel, rough seas, pirate apparitions, waves, voices, and gunfire.
