Our take on SUPERVERSE
The store presentation emphasizes an expansive universe and a mission to prevent humanity's extinction, while the stated activities focus on shooting, wormhole travel, and spaceship abilities. It also gives specific attention to shared-screen and remote co-op, making multiplayer a clear part of the pitch.
What is SUPERVERSE?
SUPERVERSE is a space shooter set among linked universes from the distant past.
Players move through wormholes and dangerous regions filled with hostile spacecraft, drifting rocks, blasts, and unstable matter. Weapons and a defensive shield are used against pursuing, swarming ships and machines that change their behavior. Every spacecraft offers different abilities to learn. The game is viewed through an artificial intelligence, with three-dimensional graphics and sound. Local cooperative play accommodates four people on one screen, and each participant can use a controller. Steam’s Remote Play feature allows remote friends to join while ownership is required only for the host. The game runs on Windows and Linux.
