Our take on Stranded
The defining choice is to leave out dialogue and puzzles, placing exploration and atmosphere at the center of this short adventure.
What is Stranded?
Stranded is a short point-and-click adventure about an astronaut who wakes from cryostasis to find their ship crippled on an uncharted planet.
With time running out, the astronaut explores a sun-blasted wasteland in search of something that might lead to survival. The setting includes alien sand, fragments of platinum-iridium alloy, and damaged hydrocolliders beside the ruined vessel. The cause of the crash and the length of time the ship has been there are unknown. Stranded leaves out dialogue and puzzles, focusing on atmosphere, mystery, and exploration. It takes inspiration from classic point-and-click adventures while experimenting with the genre's fundamentals.
