Colonies can specialize in culture, production, military, or trading. Residents initially need drinks and rest; as civilization levels rise, their needs expand. The game includes changing seasons and weather, and growth requires extending tunnels to reach more resources. It has 9 civilization levels, over 80 resources, 5 biomes, over 70 buildings, 8 types of adversaries with variations, and 4 animals. Higher civilization levels raise daily tax income while also increasing residents’ needs, so development involves spending and collecting gold coins.
