Our take on Orc Colony
The colony expands downward through connected underground levels, with room placement supporting residents’ food and sleep needs as well as mining and growth.
What is Orc Colony?
Orc Colony puts the player in charge of an underground settlement as an Orc Prince.
The colony begins with one Builder, a goblin, some crowns and stones, and a working silver mine. Growth comes from digging and building rooms to attract orcs. Residents need food, a dining place, and beds; hungry or sleepy orcs seek the nearest dining room or bedroom, and residents may leave if their needs are unmet.
Mining provides crowns from silver, gold, and emerald, or materials for weapons and armor from copper, iron, and mithril. Orc Champions can form raiding parties to attack nearby human or orc settlements. Sending them too far or raiding too quickly can prompt the Human King or Orc King to send soldiers to the colony.
