What is Outlanders?
Outlanders is a town-building strategy game in which residents make their own choices about jobs, homes, and construction.
Players place buildings, manage resources, and set the number of work spots in each one, then guide activity by prioritizing tasks or issuing Decrees that change work hours and resource use. These rules can reduce residents’ happiness. The campaign follows a cast of town leaders through mission-based levels with individual goals and stories; buildings and mechanics are introduced as the campaign progresses. Sandbox mode offers the full catalog from the start, with customizable maps and rules. There is no combat, raiding, or armed conflict.
