Our take on Squingle
Instead of placing puzzles on a flat board, Squingle builds them as changing three-dimensional sculptures around two moving orbs. Its generally calming presentation is paired with timed challenges, leaderboards, and ghost races, adding competitive structure to the maze format.
What is Squingle?
Squingle is a cosmic 3D puzzle game set in glass-like mazes called squingles.
Each level asks players to guide two spinning orbs to a goal while avoiding edges and collecting points. Morphing sculptures form the visual environments, which can be played in fully immersive or Mixed Reality modes. The game launches with 100 levels that become more complex through tighter spaces and new challenges. Hand tracking supports seated or standing play, with options for room-sized or smaller environments. Challenge Mode adds time trials and global leaderboards. Players can also race against a ghost to beat previous times. The game presents its puzzles as calming experiences for both newcomers to VR and experienced players.
