Our take on BoX -containment-
Rather than using a standard Game Over loop, the game keeps counting deaths until the player gives up. Its puzzle structure also adds arcade hazards, fast enemies, and ten escalating challenge rooms to the prison-escape premise.
What is BoX -containment-?
BoX -containment- combines puzzle solving with arcade challenges as Boredox and other boxes search for an exit from a mysterious prison.
Players work through more than 100 stages across ten challenge rooms that become harder quickly. The rooms contain riddles, traps, blocking boxes, and fast-moving enemies that can delete nearby objects. Different boxes are playable, and there is no traditional Game Over screen; the game tracks deaths until the player gives up. The Steam content includes five trading cards in regular and foil versions, badges, profile backgrounds, and emoticons. The game also includes 35 in-game achievements and music by Chris Zabriskie, Decktonic, and Tardiss.
