Our take on Space Pilgrim Academy: Year 1
Its focused, classic adventure format keeps the game to about five hours, which leaves less room for extended exploration or a larger story arc than a longer space adventure might provide.
What is Space Pilgrim Academy: Year 1?
A young girl is the sole survivor after unknown attackers destroy Latona Research Station.
The event launches a new chapter for Gail Pilgrim, a starship commander, former war hero, ambassador, and head of the Pilgrim Space Academy. Margaret Dale, the academy’s latest student, is also playable. Gail meets returning figures, explores unfamiliar places, and searches for answers about the station’s destruction. Margaret studies subjects such as cosmography, xenobiology, and engineering; player choices toward her instructors influence her academic results. The plot involves counter-revolution, espionage, betrayal, and ominous forces. Taking place nine years after the prior episode, this point-and-click adventure offers roughly five hours of play for an average player.
