Our take on Soulbound: Online
Its defining structure is the split between a shared MMORPG-style overworld and dungeon runs whose floors, hazards, encounters, loot, and relic choices change each time.
What is Soulbound: Online?
Soulbound: Online combines a shared MMORPG-style overworld with instanced action roguelite dungeons.
Players can enter dungeon runs alone or with up to three players, where encounters, hazards, loot, and relic choices change across floors. More than 10 abilities and branching relic paths create over 100 build combinations, while gear changes can switch the character's class. Outside dungeons, players can quest, farm, fish, gather, trade, cook, mine, and craft equipment, potions, and meals. Each player has a personal base with upgradeable stations, furniture, trophies, and room-layout editing. The game also includes raids for 5 or more players, cosmetic equipment slots, companion pets, and a mystery-focused narrative involving the Anima.
