What is SWORD ART ONLINE Fractured Daydream?
Galaxia, a new feature in ALfheim Online that recreates earlier events, malfunctions and scatters people through different eras and locations.
Kirito works with past allies and adversaries to repair the damaged timeline, joined by 21 series characters, each assigned a different role. The solo campaign presents a new narrative. Network-exclusive activities include Boss Raid, which sends as many as 20 participants in five groups against a giant enemy; Co-Op Quest, where those groups start separately, meet during the mission, and face a concluding boss together; and Free Roam, which places players on a shared map containing bosses and treasure chests.
Matchmaking allows these network activities to be entered alone. When Boss Raid or Co-Op Quest lacks enough human participants, non-player characters occupy open slots until the group reaches 20.
