Our take on SnackHunter
The defining format is smartphone control: players shake, move, wipe, or blow into their phones to affect actions during hide-and-seek rounds.
What is SnackHunter?
SnackHunter is a multiplayer hide-and-seek game hosted on a PC, with smartphones used as controllers.
Players join the Hunters, who search rooms and return Snacks to a cauldron, or the Snacks, who hide, use abilities, and photograph Hunters while escaping. Phone interactions include shaking the device, moving it like a camera, wiping its screen, and blowing into its microphone. The PC displays the map and round information, while a room code connects participants. Matches can take place online or locally with up to 16 players. Players can adjust round difficulty, duration, and chaos, then customize character faces or add a selfie.
