What is Saurian?
Saurian is a survival simulation set in the Hell Creek ecosystem 66 million years ago.
Players control several extinct species and try to grow from hatchling to adult by eating and drinking while avoiding predators and natural hazards. The game takes place in an open world with environments and plants from that time and location. Animals in the ecosystem have needs of their own and interact with the player based on those needs. Its focus is on survival within a reconstructed prehistoric ecosystem, with species and plants researched against currently accepted scientific knowledge.
