Our take on RPGolf
RPGolf departs from golf conventions by making the golf club part of both play and combat. It also connects character levels and equipment to ball distance, placing nine holes inside an adventure with dungeons, treasure, monsters, and bosses.
What is RPGolf?
RPGolf combines classic JRPG elements with 8-bit golf in a kingdom overrun by monsters.
Players explore the world, fight enemies with a golf club, enter dungeons, collect treasure, and face bosses before playing nine legendary holes across the world map. Defeating monsters raises the character’s level and increases ball distance. Clubs and gloves found throughout the kingdom improve golf play and provide an advantage in combat. Retro graphics and simple controls support movement between exploration, battles, and golf, replacing a conventional golf progression with an adventure through a kingdom that monsters have taken over.
