Our take on Project: Snowblind
Rather than keeping a shooter focused on standard firearms, the game combines military combat with implanted abilities, deployable equipment, stealth sections, and cooperative vehicle roles. Its campaign also moves between direct battlefield action and infiltration instead of maintaining one combat rhythm.
What is Project: Snowblind?
Set in Hong Kong in 2065, this first-person action game follows Nathan Frost, a soldier transformed by an experimental procedure after severe battlefield injuries.
His implanted augmentations provide abilities such as invisibility, reflex enhancement, and electrical attacks. The campaign includes 11 missions across 16 maps, with locations such as an opera house used as a prison, a Buddhist temple converted into a military base, and urban wastelands. Missions shift between fast battlefield engagements and stealth infiltration. Frost can use experimental weapons, attack drones, a deployable riot barrier, and other advanced equipment. Multiplayer supports up to 16 players, voice communication, multiple modes, and cooperative vehicle operation, with one player driving while another controls a mounted turret.
