Our take on Pirate Code
The defining detail is the fleet-level tactical layer: ship classes, captains, formations, and active upgrades are chosen before and around turn-based encounters.
What is Pirate Code?
Pirate Code is a turn-based tactical strategy game about commanding a pirate fleet.
Battles require planning attacks, repairs, positioning, healing, and intimidation while maintaining crew morale. Fleets can be built from ships in four classes, with captains assigned to teach actions and upgrades selected for individual vessels. Exploration covers territories containing dozens of islands, hidden treasure, unusual items, creatures, and new ship designs. Liberating islands opens locations, goods, and crew opportunities. Missions can provide gold, ship designs, or access to locations, while fishing and botany offer another way to find items for sale. The story follows Rogue Swanson as she opposes the Pirate League and seeks to protect the weak.
