Our take on Peripeteia
The defining detail is its physically navigable city: visible ledges, rooftops, sewers, basements, crates, and even a sabre can become part of the route through a mission.
What is Peripeteia?
Peripeteia is a first- and third-person immersive sim set in an alternate-history version of Poland.
Marie, a cybernetic mercenary, navigates a post-Soviet city shaped by corruption, factions, and competing ideologies. Missions support different approaches, including hacking, enemy possession, stealth, negotiation, faction manipulation, and direct combat. The city includes towers, sewers, rooftops, and basements that can be reached through climbing or improvised routes. More than 100 weapons span Cold War surplus, prototypes, and stolen NATO equipment, while magazines, bullets, and attachments occupy physical inventory space. Players manage implants and energy, move gear between missions, and maintain a basement stash. Choices affect characters, factions, and control of the city.
