After waking from cryogenic sleep in the secluded Adallio star system, a UESA survivor finds humanity divided among factions while a deadly android enemy threatens the fragile peace. Players create a character by selecting appearance, attributes, and background, then develop 12 skills and gain perks while leveling. Exploration spans hand-crafted celestial bodies, with choices affecting relationships, story development, and ending scenarios. Objectives can be approached through dialogue, stealth, hacking, or combat. Hacking can manipulate electronics such as cameras and terminals. Weapons support customization through attachments, and factions can be joined, betrayed, or destroyed.
