What is Pathologic 3?
Play as Daniil Dankovsky, a physician researching death in a remote town struck by a deadly plague.
The story unfolds over 12 days, with each minute affecting the available choices. Examine patients face to face, distinguish concealed symptoms from misleading accounts, and work toward a vaccine. Town management involves quarantine orders, medicine confiscation, vaccination, riot suppression, patrols, and curfews.
