What is Cargo Hunters?
Cargo Hunters is a third-person PvE extraction shooter set on a devastated Earth, where a remote-controlled humanoid robot searches for resources and memorabilia.
Expeditions can be played alone or with up to four players in co-op. Players choose how to approach encounters, using force, stealth, theft, crafting, purchasing, or exploration. Loot can be lost when a run fails, while shelter construction provides an ongoing base activity. Equipment choices account for carrying capacity, weight, noise, and item condition. The robot can use human clothing, armor, firearms, replaceable limbs, and salvaged body parts. Weapons vary by specifications, ballistics, condition, ammunition, modifications, and handling.
