Our take on PaperKlay
The defining mechanic is environmental rotation and unfolding: the world itself changes shape as Chick and Nugget make their way through it.
What is PaperKlay?
PaperKlay is a 3D platformer and collect-a-thon starring Chick and Nugget, a duo searching for lost eggs in a world made from paper, cardboard, clay and other crafted materials.
Progress by rotating and unfolding the environment, and explore at your own pace to find collectibles. Chick can double-jump, dash and sprint through levels, while a glider provides another way to reach higher areas. Nugget has a distinct approach to solving puzzles. The adventure also includes a cast of craftspeople, such as cardboard scarecrows and the Pinecone King, alongside music by Grant Kirkhope and Steven Melin.
