Play it if you…

Skip it if you…
Saves you a refund- Players looking for a relaxed or low-pressure pace may find the combat too fast and unforgiving
- Those seeking a fixed level sequence may not enjoy routes assembled from randomized room selections
- Players who want deep role-playing systems beyond weapons and abilities may find the scope focused on shooting
Our take on OTXO
The mansion mystery gives the action a narrative frame, but the store emphasis falls mainly on combat variety and repeatable runs. Players seeking story detail may find the premise receives less explanation than the weapons, abilities, and room structure.
What is OTXO?
OTXO is a violent top-down shooter with roguelite structure.
The protagonist enters an inexplicable mansion to find a lost loved one, moving through eight areas and uncovering the building’s secrets. Each run selects rooms from more than 150 hand-crafted spaces, creating a different route through the mansion. Combat combines a wide selection of guns, more than 100 abilities, and Focus, a slow-motion mechanic used to dodge bullets. Enemies vary across the mansion, requiring changes in approach during each run. Unlockable weapons and abilities can shape different setups, while encounters with allies and the developing mystery provide context for the descent. A dark soundtrack accompanies the action.
