Our take on ORBITOR
Rather than placing players in static space arenas, the game makes orbital motion the central interaction. Objects and level elements keep shifting, while players build speed through circling and choose their own routes through open environments.
What is ORBITOR?
ORBITOR is a fast-paced science-fiction adventure set in nebulas and complex orbital systems.
Players use orbital controls to lock onto objects, circle them to gain speed, destroy them, and collect the energy life forms released. Levels are open and freely explorable, with players choosing how to approach them. Objects and other elements continuously move and rearrange, changing the orbital systems during play. Momentum-based controls and custom physics form the main gameplay system. The game includes rapid progression between levels and transitions from menus into levels. Its structure supports repeated play through open environments, shifting level elements, and freely chosen approaches.
How ORBITOR plays
- 01Momentum-based movement
- Orbital controls and custom physics let players build speed by circling objects before destroying them.
- 02Open level exploration
- Players can freely explore environments and choose levels without a fixed route through them.
- 03Shifting orbital systems
- Level objects and other elements keep moving and rearranging during play.
- 04Energy collection
- Destroyed objects release energy life forms that players can gather.
