The focused arcade structure keeps the objective clear, but it gives up broader mission variety and story scope. Progression comes from improving code between injections, so the game centers on repeated combat and upgrades rather than a wider set of activities.
What is OplitisAV?
Play as FAST, an antivirus system injected into an infected computer.
The game presents a 3D top-down shooter with an arcade-style structure and one central objective: eliminate every virus life form and overcome the infection. Defeated enemies return useful data, which can be spent on code upgrades. These upgrades increase the character’s capabilities for subsequent injections, creating a repeated cycle of entering the system, fighting enemies, collecting data, and improving the antivirus program. OplitisAV was made by three IT students.
