Our take on One Lonely Outpost
Rather than treating colonization as a purely logistical exercise, the game combines it with farming, wildlife care, cooking, relationships, and personal discovery. The player begins alone and gradually changes the planet while building a community, replacing a settlement-first structure with a life-simulation pace.
What is One Lonely Outpost?
Begin as the first pioneer on a barren alien world with a Space-RV, a multipurpose tech gauntlet, and seeds from the cargo hold.
Farm, mine, explore, fish, craft, and build a habitat while making the planet suitable for future colonists. Terraform the desert by improving soil, securing water, and making the air breathable with help from a robotic pet. Power the colony with solar and wind energy, experiment with gene-spliced crops, raise livestock, and adopt wildlife. The Omninac records crops, minerals, seasons, animals, and other discoveries. Cooking, drones, relationships, community building, and an investigation into the planet’s hidden past are also part of the colonist’s life.
