Rather than setting exploration in a conventional fantasy world, this Metroidvania places its interconnected chambers inside a body. Parasites are the enemies, body-themed locations shape the world, and projectile combat uses deliberately crude ammunition.
What is Ninja Turdle?
Ninja Turdle is a 2D Metroidvania platformer about exploring Steve’s body and fighting parasites to save its creator.
Its world contains over 175 interconnected chambers in areas such as the stomach, intestines, heart, lungs, a toilet, and the brain. Players throw chunks of turd at parasites, with corn-infused attacks providing a stronger option. Masks and power-ups add abilities including wall climbing and protection from acid. The game has three difficulty modes, different techno tracks for each area, and a map randomizer. Its body-themed setting makes exploration and parasite combat the focus of the platforming.
