Our take on Monster Outbreak
Its defining structure alternates between defending a fortified base during monster waves and using the pauses to repair, explore the kingdom, and gather materials.
What is Monster Outbreak?
Monster Outbreak is an overhead pixel-art survival game.
Yulia, the sole remaining Royal Guard member, battles creatures unleashed when a dimensional orb goes haywire. Collect supplies, construct barriers, set traps, and improve or enchant weapons while defending a fortified refuge. Her equipment ranges from swords and axes to elemental bows, while defensive machinery includes bomb-javelin launchers, crossbow turrets, and bomb slingshots. Between attacks, repair the stronghold or travel through the devastated kingdom to restore bridges and gather materials. Yulia may venture outside to face monsters and bosses. Defeated foes provide components for crafting weapons and items. Play alone, in local split-screen, or through online multiplayer.
