What is Madshot?
Madshot is a fast-paced rogue-lite shooter set on a path through Cthulhu and beyond.
Move with dodges, rolls, dashes, wall jumps, flips, and rope hangs while continuing to shoot. Each area has its own enemies and mechanics. Defeating enough enemies charges a blood portal, which brings rewards and opens a route to the next area. Runs also include multi-phase boss battles. Weapons, sidearms, upgrades, and ultimate abilities can be combined to create different synergies from run to run. The story premise follows a character who seeks eternal life, calls on forces beyond their understanding, and then enters Cthulhu’s mountain.
