Our take on LIT
The store copy foregrounds the haunted setting and light-based mechanics, while the PC scope is more specific: 16 stages, two endings, par-time goals, and one unlockable character. That makes the game’s structure more defined than the broad horror-puzzle framing initially suggests.
What is LIT?
LIT is a puzzle horror game set in the dark corridors of a haunted high school.
Players guide Jake as he searches for his missing girlfriend, Rachael, and solve puzzles involving slingshots, light bulbs, windows, matches, lamps, and television sets. Deadly creatures inhabit the darkness, requiring players to find routes to each room's exit without being consumed by the shadows. The PC version contains 16 stages, multiple par-time goals, two possible endings, and an additional character that can be unlocked. It supports both keyboard and joypad control schemes.
