Our take on Killer Sudoku
Cages define the experience: each grouped set of cells supplies a target total that must be reconciled with the usual Sudoku rules.
What is Killer Sudoku?
Killer Sudoku uses number cages alongside the familiar Sudoku grid.
Each cage displays the combined value of its cells, adding another route for logical deduction. The set contains handcrafted puzzles from Simon Anthony, Mark Goodliffe, and guest authors, while Simon and Mark provide the written hints. Solving puzzles awards stars, and collecting them makes additional puzzles available. Challenges span multiple levels, covering the range from lower to extreme difficulty, with 40 puzzles included at launch. The vendor says it intends to release regular updates, working toward a 100-puzzle collection during the first year following launch.
