Our take on Hellbrella
The defining format is aerial roguelite combat built around umbrellas: a raincoat cat attacks demonic swarms from above while each run develops through weapon and upgrade choices.
What is Hellbrella?
Hellbrella is an aerial roguelite hack-and-slash game starring a raincoat-wearing cat fighting demons in Hell with an umbrella as its weapon.
Combat centers on aerial combos, aggressive attacks, and progression through stages filled with enemies. Five umbrellas provide different ways to fight, while more than 60 upgrades can alter each run's playstyle. Players collect Pupils to access 12 types of permanent upgrades and use Blood Drops to intensify their combat approach. The game includes boss fights, endless swarms of demonic eyes, personal-record challenges, and a global leaderboard. Its stated objective is to defeat the Boss of Hell and reclaim the cat's soul.
