Our take on Grow: Song of the Evertree
The defining structure is its alchemy-based world creation: World Seeds generate new environments, which change as they are tended and may develop unexpected properties.
What is Grow: Song of the Evertree?
Grow: Song of the Evertree combines world creation, exploration, town building, community management, and adventure.
As an Everheart Alchemist, the player cares for the Evertree and restores worlds that have faded. Alchemy produces World Seeds that generate meadows, deserts, frozen environments, and other settings with different traits and surprises. Exploration includes caves, ruins, secret areas, puzzles, fishing, bug catching, and collecting minerals and flowers. Characters can receive homes, jobs, accessories, and decorations. The town can be arranged with buildings and structures placed freely and customized. The game supports an unhurried approach, letting players choose how to divide their time among exploration, world tending, collecting, community activities, and construction.
